Dietary supplements, in general, are an artificial nutrition that is made under lab conditions. They are similar to that of the tablets and injection. But the main difference is these dietary supplements are also made from herbal ingredients like Tribulus Terrestris, echinacea, ginseng, and a lot more other herbs.
Chemical dietary supplements:-
These are also known as synthetic supplements as they are made by combining two or more chemicals to create the dietary formula. They have a longer lifespan when compared with those natural male supplements. That is because of the preservation chemicals added with them. The main disadvantage of these supplements are the side effects that come along with the prolonged usage. They are available in many forms such as,

As the name says, these supplements are mainly made of herbs and are prone to show least to no side effects at all. Herbs are the natural gifts of the mankind and they are said to have antibacterial and antifungal activity within them. The supplements made from the herbal ingredients may not have that much life span but they are like the body’s best friend.
For an athlete and bodybuilders:-
Athletes and bodybuilders are the people who are known for the supplement usages. There are also people with certain illness advised taking supplements and vitamins for the proper body functions.
Herbal dietary supplements are becoming a healthy replacement for the synthetic ones. No side effects, easy to have and the body acceptance make them a hit in the field. There are also supplements which have multi-purpose health improvement, Tribulus Terrestris being one among them.
They are commonly known as puncture vein and their main usage is for the enhancement of sexual hormone named testosterone ( a male hormone) but they are also used by the bodybuilders as those hormones are also responsible for muscle development.
Even the doctors who were once a fan of the synthetic supplements are now opting to the herbal supplements. There are even vitamin and mineral supplements available for the daily intake. But without a doctor prescription, it is not a wise decision to take these supplements.
